Are User Guides available as PDF files?

Our user guides are not available in PDF format.

Instead, they are provided in HTML format, ensuring they are accessible in over 100 languages.

It also eliminates the significant costs associated with translating and printing guides—costs that would otherwise be passed on to consumers through higher retail prices.

Printing or Saving a Section as PDF:

If you wish to have a printed copy of any or all pages, simply follow the instructions at the bottom of the first page of the online guide. For your convenience, the steps are outlined below.

Please be aware that once printed, any future updates to the guide will not be reflected in your hard copy, which may result in outdated or inaccurate information.

- To print any section of an online Primare user guide, use your web browser's print function. This will provide you with a physical copy for offline reference.
- Alternatively, to save a section of the user guide as a PDF file, select "Print" from your browser's File menu, then choose "Save as PDF" when viewing the page you wish to download.
