Where is Primare made?

All design work is managed from our offices in Sweden, with manufacturing taking place in state-of-the-art facilities in China, with the final production step of full QC testing of every component, including software and firmware updating being done in our facilities in Sweden before being approved for shipping to customers worldwide.

To elaborate, by having our designs built in China by one of the most advanced and well-regarded OEM manufacturing companies in the world we can charge less for our products. That said, it must be understood that there is both low- and high-quality manufacturing available around the world. In our case the quality we demand from any of our suppliers is at the highest level and that comes at a certain price.

Further, we inspect and test each component of the resulting design prior to every production run, with complete testing of each piece of finished product done at the point of manufacture, and once the finished products arrive in Sweden, we fully inspect, update if necessary, and test each and every unit using advanced automated testing of some times hundreds of critical points depending upon the model.

As a result, our design expertise, realised by the most affordable and highest quality manufacturing, combined with our rigorous testing means that we provide products that more often than not outperform even more expensive competitors, regardless of where they were manufactured, and with greater initial and long term reliability.
